I release the event organizers, city of Auburn, State of California, sponsors, volunteers, homeowners, and musicians from any liability for injury, illness, or loss that may occur. I accept responsibility for my own safety and agree that photos/video of the event may be used for promotional purposes.

Performances, schedules, and locations are subject to change without notice. Auburn Porchfest does not guarantee uninterrupted programming, safety of property, or availability of services.

Attendees are responsible for their own personal safety, belongings, and conduct. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children. Pets must be under control at all times.
